Delton leads the Perolas foster care program, the first initiative of its kind in São Paulo and serves in the leadership of the World Without Orphans movement in Brazil. He also coordinates ABBA’s technical team, provides training to professionals around Brazil, supports the staff care, and coordination of family ministries.
